    Impression Drive Campaign: As a brand/ business you will get a report on the number of impressions your campaign has generated over the campaign period. This means you will have valuable data to help in planning for future campaigns. You will also be able to know whether the campaign was worth your time and money. 24/7 Real-Time Driver Track: Once you have an active campaign you will be able to track “your” driver/drivers and see where they are going. On top of that, you will see the number of kilometers the car has traveled with your wrap on it and where it has gone. Msafara: A Kiswahili name meaning convey. This feature is integrated into the dashboard and enables the advertiser/business to instruct the drivers under their command to use a particular route at a particular time to create a Msafara/convey effect. Imagine a 10 kilometer stretch of road on Thika highway or any other road with more than 50 cars of the same brand moving in the same direction. Scalability: We can penetrate any region in Kenya in less than 3 weeks from the start of the campaign. We are not limited to a specific area as we use willing drivers to drive around with your brand wrapped on their vehicles. Our only limitation is the availability of good road!   • As a Driver, Do I pay to Join the Program?

    No! Joining the program is 100% free. The company will choose you from our driver network and cover the cost of wrap installation, removal and any other associated with the programme. Your work is to drive as contracted and wait for your check every end month or as agreed before the start of the campaign. There have been reports of people soliciting funds from members of the public that they are required to pay to join the program, helps us in keeping the community safe by reporting this to us via official email channels

  • Is My Car Suitable for a Campaign?
      

    All car models and make are accepted for the campaigns. For your car to be considered it must meet the following qualifications; 1. The car must be at least 2010 or newer. This is not to say that older cars are not required but brands tend to require newer cars. 2. Have a clean driving record. We cross check your details with NTSA. No exception! 3. Your car must be in good condition with no body damage. 4. You drive most of the day. Minimum 40 kilometers a day {Those who drive more get more job offers

  • What are the Driving Requirements?
     

    Apart from the qualifications required for you must be; 1. 21 years or older 2. Spend most of your time driving, e.g. as a taxi driver or can drive a minimum of 40 km a day 3. Most of the driving is done within a particular town or route 4. Have no criminal record 5. Willing to have a Beacon installed in your car

  • Will I Have My Own Analytic System?

    You will have access to your own dashboard to be able to monitor your movement. Howerver, the analytic system will only be activated once you start your campaign.

  • How Long Will I wait for my Car to Be Installed a Wrap and Beacon

    Depending on the size of your car it will take around 2 hours for the installation to be complete. Once the installation is complete our representatives will take a picture of your car and then your campaign will automatically be activated. They will also take a picture of your millage and another after the campaign has been completed.

  • Is the Installation Time Flexible?

    Yes, we understand that you are busy and that is why we choose the weekends for your installation. You can, however, decide the best day to come for installation.

  • What Is Required Before Installing the Wrap?

    You are required to clean your car before it is wrapped. It should be cleaned at least 5 hours before the installation. This will ensure the surface is clean and dry which results in a better application surface. Make sure the surface is dry so that the graphics do not peel at the edge of the door.

  • How Many Types of Wraps do you offer?

    We have three types of wraps. These are; • Panel wraps • Partial wraps • Full wraps

  • Who Covers the Cost of Installation and Removal?

    The company will cover the cost of installation and removal of the wraps. Once there is a campaign in your area, we will send an email notification with details of where to take your car for installation. After the end of the campaign, we will send an email of where to take your car for the wraps to be removed. In all case scenarios, you will not pay a single shilling!

  • Wrap,Car Damage and accident

  • Will the Wrap Damage the Car

    No! This is because we use state of the art vinyl wraps that are designed for use on vehicles temporarily. The wraps are 100% safe to use. It is essential that you only bring a car whose paint is of original factory standard. We would like to know whether the car’s paint is of original quality but we do not have a way of knowing this. The good thing is that none of our cars are yet to be affected by vinyl wraps. This means that you should expect nothing less but high-quality wraps on your car.

  • Can I Choose the Wrap Design for My Car?

    Yes, before you accept a job offer, we will give you different campaign wrap/ designs to choose from and you pick which you like best.

  • Which Type of Wrap is Best?

    All our wraps are useful and it depends on the campaign at hand. However, full wraps pay more than partial wraps, and partial wraps pay more than panel wraps.

  • My Wrap Has Been Damaged by a Rouge driver What Should I Do?

    Depending on the nature of the accident, get medical treatment. After that make sure to contact us as soon as possible and explain the situation. We will send you an email on how to best proceed.

  • What is the “Msafara Campaign?”

    This campaign is designed to help drivers interact with their fellow drivers and create a campaign that will be remembered for generations. Msafara is where we contact you to join a convoy with your fellow drivers to magnify the campaign. For example, The advertiser requires a “Msafara” from CBD TO Thika Road Githurai 44 at 3 pm. We will send a notification and if you agree you join the Msafara to Githurai 44. The advertiser is willing to pay you to do this. So it is not for free! If the campaign has 100 cars then in an ideal scenario 100 cars will participate in the campaign/ Convey.

  • How Long Do Campaigns Last?

    Most campaigns last between 1 month and 5 months. You will be able to know how long a campaign lasts before you accept the job offer.

  • Am I allowed to remove the Wraps Before the End of the Campaign?

    No! This violates our terms and conditions. The wraps should only be removed when the campaign period is over. Kindly contact us at support@olkapiads.com

  • Am Yet to Receive a Campaign Offer What is the Problem?

    We use algorithms to detect the best suitable candidate for the campaign. Based on the information provided the software automatically detects drivers that are of best fit as required. Normally, there is no campaign offer yet because there is no campaign in your area. If a campaign exists in Kangemi and requires drivers, who spend most of their time traveling from CBD….. museum road……Chiromo road….. Westlands to Kangemi, drivers will automatically be detected by the system and invited for job offers. This is why it is imperative that as a driver you fill as much information as possible on the route commonly used. Make sure the route is connected, e.g., From Rwaka…Unep….Parklands…Ngara….CBD…. Joggoo road. This will make it easy for the system to detect you and invite you for job offers. Keep driving and we will invite you as soon as we have a job offer in your selected route/location.

  • Termination of Contract

  • How can my Contract be Terminated?

    We normally do not terminate contracts of drivers who have worked for us. This has never happened, and we wish it stays so. The following reasons will automatically result in your contract been terminated; 1. Failure to report a damaged wrap due to accident or tear. Brands are not willing to compromise on this! A poorly done wrap or damaged wrap negatively affect the brand or business. 2. If we discorver that you put in false information when signing up 3. If you have been reported for careless driving. 4. If you use unorthodox means to try and cheat the system

  • End Of Campaign

  • How Will I know the Campaign Has Ended?

    Every campaign has its own duration and we will automatically send you a message when the campaign ends and what is expected of you. If you have not reached the minimum KM required we will give you an option to finish it up so we can release full payment to you. You can verify this through your dashboard.

  • Is There a Contract Between the Driver and Olkapiads?

    Yes, the contract will stipulate the terms and conditions .

  • How Do I return the Beacon?

    If you are not near the city and the campaign has ended, you can manually remove the beacon and send it to use. Make sure all parts are intact, so you are not charged for damages. Once we receive it, we will automatically release payments.

  • Can I remove the Advert Myself After the End of the Campaign?

    Yes! Make sure you have received the code and sent pictures to us before you remove the wrap. Otherwise, we might not pay you. The email comes with instructions on how to remove the advert yourself. However; this is at your own risk, and we will not be held liable for any damages to your paint where you preferred to remove it yourself..

  • Am I Eligible for More Campaign Offers?

    Yes, You will be eligible for more campaign offers as long as they are in your area.

  • Payment

  • How Do I request For Payment When Am Far?

    Do not worry about this as the system will automatically detect it. An email will be sent to you with a unique code that you will write down on a piece of paper then take a photo of the car wrap with the code on a piece of paper. We will require three photographs to prove that indeed the wrap is still installed and could not have been removed before the end of the campaign. 1. Place the paper on the driver’s window and take a photo of the car. Make sure the wrap and the unique code is seen. Send this to us via email or dashboard. 2. Place the paper on the passenger side {left side of the driver} take a photo and make sure the wrap and the code seen. Upload it on the dashboard or send us an email. 3. Place the paper on the rear Window {Back Window} and take a picture make sure the wrap on the window and code is seen. Upload this on the dashboard or send us an email. If you are around you can bring the car over {An email will be sent out during the end of the campaign} for the vehicle to be manually inspected. This will take at least 20 minutes.

  • How Do I Get Paid?

    Before we install the wrap and beacon, we will ask for your bank details. You can also fill this when registering, but it is not mandatory. The payment will be made via bank to bank transfer. We are looking at the possibility of integrating mobile money for convenience.

  • When Do I Get Paid?

    Currently, we pay every month. We are however looking at the possibility of paying every two weeks, and this will be communicated when it has been decided. Payment will be made on Friday and Saturday after the end of the campaign. Assuming the campaign is required to run for 26 days. If the 26th day is on Friday, then payments will be made on Saturday. If the 26th-day campaign ends on a Monday, then payment will be made on the first Friday. If the 26th-day campaign ends on a Wednesday, then payment will be made on a Friday.

  • Am Yet to Be Paid After the Campaign Ended What Should I Do?

    Due to factors beyond our control, the payment might delay on Friday, but you will receive it on Saturday. The problem arises due to payment automation challenges. If you are still not paid by Saturday night, send us an email with your unique reference code {this was sent to you via email at Support@olkapiads.com

  • How Much Should I expect to Get Paid?

    Payment will depend on several factors such as the kind of wrap installed, the length of the campaign period and the number of Msafara campaigns you have participated. Generally, you should expect to earn from between 6,000 to 12,000 a month for driving around. Msafara campaigns and other unique campaigns can top this income to 10,000 to 20,000.
